Being an out of town seller of a vacant house (35 Gypsy Lane, Youngstown, OH) I needed someone reliable who would look in on the property from time to time and coordinate with repair people (plumbers, chimney, electrical...and such). Because of the age of the house (built in 1943), numerous building code violations requiring remediation, an alarm system that needed to be managed upon every entry, a fairly steady stream of showings, and the nine months it took to find a serious buyer the sale demanded a significant amount of Pam's time. Her unfailing patience and attentiveness was greatly appreciated!
